OBJECTIVE

We want to help Overseas Filipinos who are staying overseas to upgrade their academic credentials as well as foreigners who want to share their culture and life with Filipinos.

The Overseas Filipinos are contributing to the Philippine economy. Today, Year 2009 shows that a lot of countries in the world are affected by the economic crisis due to lack of US DOLLAR reserves but the Philippines encounter less economic difficulties because Overseas Filipinos continue to send dollars to their families and loved ones.

Overseas Filipinos who send US DOLLAR are really patriots with government employees, company workers, farmers and teachers etc who are working in the Philippines. Progressive countries have supported their people to get academic credentials and evaluate their status abroad. Filipinos are known to be excellent workers because of their good communication skills, in English primarily.
This is the reason why we have to support them through the upgrading of their academic credentials that will also be recognized by foreign countries. We have to get some vital information from foreign countries as to what they require people in terms of making transaction with foreigners who are working abroad.

Each module test will be checked and scores will be computed which will become their final grade. If the student fails the test, the student will have another chance to take the test once again.
